Final assembly and Quality Control

Even after all the woodwork and finishing operations, there remain some of the most critical operations. Fingerboard inlay, fret installation, nut and saddle cutting, stringing and adjustment are all exacting and time consuming.

Every instrument we make is subject to rigorous checks before it leaves the workshop. Internal and external details, finish, action and intonation are all checked individually, then allowed several days settling time and checked again before despatch. We give a lifetime guarantee with all our instruments and we leave nothing to chance.
