Please note: due to changes in regulations and constant design developments, we sometimes need to change details such as binding and inlay materials.

Wenge isnt very well known in guitar circles but is gaining a reputation because of its stiffness and strong tap tone, It is still quite easily available in large sizes, and doesnt seem to be threatened in the ecological sense . But it isn’t nice to work with and is particularly difficult to finish.
Because of that finishing difficulty, we’ve used a matt finish on this guitar, to keep the thickness of the lacquer to a minimum.
The top is Spruce, bindings Rosewood with gold lines, and the neck is laminated from Mahogany and Wenge. It’s a strong looking guitar, with the “headroom” and power we would expect from these timbers
