John Smith's 12-String (Again)

Actually, this is of course, not John Smith's guitar, but it is a "clone". I never keep proper details of custom guitars that have been made, which is silly, but it does mean that every one is always a little different, so maybe it isn't that silly. This time I was asked to use Siricote - 40 years ago this timber was unknown in guitar making, and I had lots and lots of it, and now its highly regarded, and I have very little. All the rest was cut into small pieces to make snooker cues. . It is very similar to "Rio" in grain patterns and properties, but doesn't smell anything like as nice. The bindings here are Lacewood.
